Dark Star at the Orange Peel

dso.JPGHello all music lovers! Dark Star Orchestra is traveling to The Orange Peel (101 Biltmore Avenue : 828.225.5851) in Asheville, NC. DSO is an amazing Grateful Dead cover band. They travel around the globe playing the same shows the Dead performed years ago—each gig they pick a date from the Dead’s actual shows and play the exact setlist with segues, occasionally throwing in the same stage banter. Their jamming is extraordinary and makes you feel like you are experiencing a true Dead show. For those of you who were born in the wrong generation and unable to make a Dead show, check out DSO February 9, 2007.
