I rented a luxury cottage from Asheville Connection Vacation Properties this summer and found the cottage had not been cleaned and had an ant problem. I am wondering how this company can advertise it as being a “luxury” cottage.

In our business we have heard this and other complaints about Asheville Connections, and we strive (as any company does) to go above and beyond the competition, and to improve ourselves by learning from our competitors’ mistakes.
